Founded in 2016 by Teacher Tonette Asprer and Teacher Isla Antinero, V432Wellness is a sound healing and mindfulness studio in Quezon City dedicated to empowerment through sound.

Teacher Tonette Asprer

Antoinette "Tonette" Asprer is a Sound Healer, Sound Healing Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and professional Food Stylist. She graduated from the UP College of Music majoring in Percussion. In 2014 she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and 100hr Meditation Teacher Training. She co-founded V432Wellness in 2016 and took the Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and Sound Healing Course under Grand Master Shree Krishna Shahi in Kathmandu, Nepal in March 2019.

Teacher Isla Antinero

Jose "Isla" Antinero is a professional musician who graduated from the UP College of Music, majoring in Trombone. He plays with the AMP Big Band, Brass Pas Pas Pas Pas, Root 70, Dixie Sheiks and WaloTao. Teacher Isla is a Reiki Master and a Sound Healing Teacher Trainer. In March 2019 he completed a Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and Sound Healing Course under Grand Master Shree Krishna Shahi at the Kathmandu Center for Healing, Nepal.
